Our pre-production quality assurance begins with strict Incoming Quality Control (IQC), utilizing spectrometer analysis to ensure raw materials meet specifications. This is followed by quality checks on semi-finished goods and cross-verification at key stages of the manufacturing process.
Production Process Control
During production, we adopt spot check and patrol inspection to screen out defective products every two hours.
Finished product control
Following production, we conduct Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) to verify the quality of finished products. This comprehensive inspection covers packaging, labeling, appearance, structure, functionality, and performance.
